In the last 12 months 17 year old Declan McKenna has gone from complete unknown to reaching the #1 slot in the alternative rock rankings in the United States. Last April Declan entered and won the Glastonbury’s Festivals Emerging Talent Competition and in doing so was immediately sought after by nearly every record label of note. Last just five months ago he self released this song. At first I didn’t think it was my cup of tea, but since it has grown on me to the point that I want to share it with others.
