Yes, Weezer, the elder statesmen of alternative rock are still around making good music. They’ve been around for 25 years now. Here’s their latest appropriately titled song, Feels Like Summer.

I love these guys and I can’t believe it’s been 25 years. (This is Meg – the one you already know…)
They formed in 92 and first album in 93. Two years ago I saw them at the Alternative Press Music Awards get the Career Rock Icons award or something like that. Yes, sadly a lot of the bands we love are considered old.

25 years! I remember that the ‘Blue Album’ was the soundtrack to my summer in 1995 or 1996! Ah those were the days!
Always like Weezer. My favorite was Beverly Hills Hard to believe the 25 year thing.
Beverly Hills was my favorite of theirs too!
🙂 Their video with Hugh Hefner was terrific. (although Hugh saying “dudes” was creepy.)
