The Revivalists have been around since 2007 but this song that premiered last year has had tremendous popularity and staying power on the Adult Alternative charts. They’re a seven piece band out of New Orleans with a fun, old school sound. Their first gig ever was at a laundromat/bar. I love the idea of a laundromat/bar, but with the success of this song and their 4th album, I doubt The Revivalists will ever play at one again.
