Wordless Wednesday! Outdoor Art Gallery

These pictures are from a beautiful outdoor art gallery in Jamestown, NY.

Have a great Wednesday! ~Phil

Wordless Wednesday! Starry Squirrel

The top of this thing’s tail is about 5 feet tall. (that’s 1.8 metres for the rest of the world)

I found this mural on the side of a theater in Erie, Pennsylvania last week. Have a great Wednesday! ~Phil

This is an incredible new mural painted recently in my city by Australian artist Vexta. She gets a super hero name and travels the world painting stuff like this. How cool is that? Photo by Jason Wilder. I could have taken my own picture with my cell phone, but honestly, I’m terrible at taking good pictures. Have a great Wednesday! ~Phil

This is a brand new mural titled Bollywood Sugar that was just completed last week in Rochester, N.Y. by the Dutch artist HandieDan. This mural kicks off the annual Wall Therapy Festival my city has every year during which 15-20 artists from all over the world descend on our city for a few weeks and then leave it an infinitely more beautiful place.

I don’t know the story behind this one. I just turned a corner and there it was on the side of a building with a fox. Have a great Wednesday! ~Phil

Wordless Wednesday? What Is Your Purpose?

Ironically my Wordless Wednesday is a picture of words.

I drive by this regularly. I find it very annoying because it seems like an accusation that I’m not doing what I should be. There’s alot of nice inspirational things painted around my city, but I don’t like this one. What do you think?

Wordless Wednesday: Wall Therapy

Another of the many murals you can find all over my city. This was painted by  artist  Emmanuel Jarus.

This is another of the great murals you can find all over my city. This one was painted by artist Caitlin Yarsky last summer for the annual Wall Therapy festival. For those of you that commented on my Top Ten post yesterday, I apologize that my responses were infrequent or non-existent. I was very busy with my day job. Have a great Wednesday! ~Phil
